Lots of sweet tropical citrus aromas and a smooth body that makes your palette crave another sip. Double dry hopped with Belma, Bravo, and Bru-1 hops.

American Lager brewed with mosaic hops. Clean, crisp and crushable.

Still Wing'N It - Hazy IPA

6.6% ABV  

Juicy citrus and pineapple flavors from a boat load of Citra, Elani, Apollo, and Ahtanum hops. Sometimes when you brew you just have to wing it and try new things. We’ve loved having the opportunity to tinker with new hop combinations, and though we have learned a lot since we opened in 2022 sometimes we are Still Wing’n It.

Southern Rockhopper - Brown Ale

6.5% ABV 

Named for the small statured species of penguin that hops rather than waddles. The flavor profile dances between toasted grains reminiscent of rocky shores and a subtle hoppy bitterness that mirrors the determination of these little hoppers. Just like the Southern Rockhopper, this brown ale is both bold and endearing, leaving you with a sense of exploration and camaraderie with one of nature’s most resilient penguins.

Lucky Penguin - Irish Stout 

5.3% ABV 

Every Penguin is a little Irish on St. Patrick's Day, and even more so when drinking this beer. Medium hop finish with the dark roastyness that one would expect from this style will have you thinking of the Emerald Isle. Sláinte!

Sweet, fruity with spice and alcohol flavors.  
Mumble is the name of a penguin in Happy Feet, the movie  

Feathering (2024) - Black IPA
