Key Lime Pie Sour Ale - 7.0%
For this beer we pulled out all the tricks to make it tart but refreshing that balances bright citrus with creamy vanilla and bready graham cracker crust. We added graham crackers to the mash, lactose to the boil, and then conditioned it on 50 vanilla beans and 80 pounds of lime. Each sip is like taking a bite of pie.
